JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, XDR, EDR, MDR services, DNS security, email security, web security, DLP, and container security with expertise in implementing, managing, & troubleshooting security solutions
- Deploy, configure, and maintain security policies across tech stacks, including administering the Email Security Gateway and content filters to defend against phishing, malware, and data leakage
- Align cybersecurity controls with organizational strategies, ensure compliance with standards (PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001), conduct regular tool health checks, and manage their lifecycle, enhancements, and related projects
- Implement, administer, and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
- Ensure effective utilization of MDR services to reduce incident response time and leading high-severity incident responses and conducting regular IR drills to improve organizational readiness
- Continuously optimize security tools to ensure comprehensive infrastructure coverage
- Manage threat intelligence operations, including IOC scanning
- Develop and maintain security reports, dashboards, and metrics covering antivirus status, system hardening, tool usage, and overall security posture
