Requirements
- Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 08-10 years of experience in ERM, operational risk, technology risk, preferably in banking, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
- Certification: Related to Risk Management will be preferred.

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Implement and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
- Support the development and periodic refinement of risk policies, procedures & risk appetite statements
- Conduct periodic risk assessments (RCSA) to identify and evaluate key risks
- Monitor emerging risks, KRIs especially in digital payments, switches, card schemes, cybersecurity, and financial industry infrastructures
- Conduct incident reviews, root cause analysis (RCA), and track remediation plans
- Evaluate third-party/vendor risks and ensure appropriate risk mitigation and monitoring mechanisms
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reports for senior management and board committees
- Conduct risk awareness sessions and training for staff to promote strong risk culture
- Guide business units in adopting risk-based thinking and embedding controls in processes and systems as well as provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control optimization
