Fauji Meat Limited is embarking on a comprehensive revitalization plan, placing strong emphasis on human capital as the core of its turnaround strategy. In this regard, we are seeking meritorious, highly talented, and energetic professionals for the position of Officer Procurement.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management
- 3–4 years of relevant procurement experience (preferably in the food industry)
Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, supplies, and services in line with production requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product quality.
- Maintain vendor database and assist in vendor evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and SOPs.
- Track inventory levels and raise purchase requests where needed.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support in contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to FMCG raw materials and packaging.
