• Ensure timely delivery, follow-ups & issue resolution

Unity Foods Limited is Recruiting — Assistant Manager Finance (Payable & Reporting)
Industry: Retail (Sunridge Marts)
Requirements:
• CA Finalist / ACCA with minimum 3 years post-articles experience
• Preferably from the retail sector.
• Must have solid experience in the Payables function
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire Payable function of Sunridge Marts
• Prepare ageing reports and coordinate with procurement for timely GRN & invoice recording
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliations (periodic & ad-hoc)
• Prepare daily bank position and payment schedule
• Develop and maintain cash flow statements (current & forecast) to ensure liquidity
• Liaison with banks for transactions, documentation & issue resolution
• Record intercompany fund transfers & perform reconciliations
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Ensure monthly accruals for all marts
• Identify gaps, develop procedures, and troubleshoot operational issues for smoother functioning
