Position : Duty Manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain the smooth functioning of hotel services.
- Monitor occupancy, room allocation, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support management in achieving revenue, service, and quality goals.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards.
- Assist in staff training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Location: Lahore & Faisalabad
