UPS Pakistan is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to help resolve customer issues efficiently and provide exceptional support across phone, email, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle phone calls & emails promptly and professionally
-Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
-Maintain Service Level Agreements and compliance
-Assist with export/import services and airway bill creation
-Provide daily shipment status updates and follow-up on claims
-Guide customers on products/services and generate leads for sales
Qualifications:
-Minimum Graduation
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
