The incumbent will oversee production processes using time and motion studies, optimized layouts, and quality tools. Responsibilities include validating production targets, optimizing resource utilization, coordinating with stakeholders for necessary equipment, and assessing operator performance to implement improvements and training as needed.
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering Experience: 7 – 8 years of experience in the denim manufacturing industry. Skills: Lean Management, Kaizen (Process Improvement)
