Brief outline of main duties:
- To comply with the company’s policies and ensure the compliance of product Quality .
- Ensure compliance of HSE , Food Safety and Quality during job .
- Ensure full compliance with Factory rules and regulations .
- Analysis of all incoming raw material , Raw , intermediate , processing samples of seed / meal as per respective parameters .
- Preparation , standardization , revalidation and labeling of all solutions and record in prescribed format .
- To make COA / Inspection certificates where needed .
- Reporting of all activities to related concerns .
- Coordinate among shift colleagues for proper handing over and taking over the shift charge .
- Communicate via email , in case of any out of specs parameter on incoming/ processed stages .
- To store meal sample in historical area and maintain its record .
- Raise NC / SNCR report in case of any issue raised in shift .
- Verification of traceability in meal bags .
