- Managing profitability of assigned business units.
- Designing and executing regional sales & marketing initiatives, with measurable outcomes.
- Developing and managing revenue forecasts aligned with business targets and monitoring expenses against set budgets.
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensuring optimal inventory management and timely stock deliveries.
- Leading, motivating, and developing retail site teams, including Cluster Retail Managers and Area Managers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards at fueling sites.
