Bakery Production Lead
📚 Education: Graduation/Intermediate
⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years (Experience in Food Retail & Bakery will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
- Manage and standardize recipes for various baked goods.
- Ensure accurate and consistent ingredient measurements and production techniques.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods.
- Monitor and manage ingredient inventory levels to prevent stock outs and waste.
- Should be familiar with MS Excel & Outlook.
