Qualification: Min Graduation preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years relevant sales experience FMCG only.
Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Distribution Handling, Negotiation and Customer relationship management skills, Operational and In-store Execution, Communication and reporting skills.
What does this position do:
- Managing and growing sales within assigned modern trade retail outlets. This role involves overseeing distribution, building strong retailer relationships, ensuring in-store execution, and driving business growth through trade marketing strategies.
- Responsible for supervising stock availability, trade promotions, and compliance with company policies while working closely with distributors and key account partners.
