- Recording, analyzing and resolving customer complaints in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Analysis of QC / Inspection data, identification of defects and preparation of reports for Management review along with suggestions for improvement
- Assist in organizing risk assessment meetings and keep track of identified risks and their mitigation plans
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelors / Masters in TQM / Business Administration
- 1-2 years of relevant experience for Business Grads. Fresh TQM Grads can also apply

JOB ROLE
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems across production and assembly lines
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults to reduce equipment downtime
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules as per industry standards
- Must have hands-on experience on PLC troubleshooting
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- BS Electrical / B.Tech Electrical
- 3+ years of relevant experience in large manufacturing group (preferably from appliances business)
