Experience: Minimum 1 year (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Collaborate with Automation, Development, QA, and IT teams to streamline processes Support system testing, UAT, and successful implementation of solutions
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools Familiarity with Jira, Trello, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
