Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff schedules
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Train and supervise kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of pizza preparation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
