Nagaria Textile Mills, a leading fabric weaving company, is looking for a Management Trainee – Yarn to support our yarn department. This role offers hands-on experience in yarn sourcing, quality checks, and production processes, ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in textiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support day-to-day operations in the yarn
- Assist in process optimization, quality control, and production planning
- Work on strategic projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
