Lucky Core Industries Limited is Recruiting a DCS Officer – CP Polymer for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s HSE&S policies, maintaining safe operating conditions across the plant at all times.
- Identify and recommend solutions for operational bottlenecks, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and personnel safety.
- Monitor and ensure smooth operation of coal-fired and Dow heaters by tracking process conditions, diagnosing issues, and coordinating timely corrective actions.
- Manage plant emergencies effectively, prioritising the safety of personnel and protection of equipment.
- Operate processes to prevent abnormal discharges that may lead to elevated COD levels (internal or external).
- Promote transparency in case of operational deviations, and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Promote a well-disciplined, organised, and collaborative work environment among both management and non-management staff.
