Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive/Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing attendance
- Leave management
- Payroll
- Handling full and final settlement and compliance-related and HR operations matters.
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent
Experience: 4 to 5 years in a relevant HR role
Proficiency in Time Trax software will be an added advantage
