Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirement:
- 8-12 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in the FMCG or Retail sector.
- Proven success in managing & scaling online store, D2C platforms.
- Hands-on experience with platform integration, order fulfillment & inventory sync.
- Prior experience of managing Food Panda, Krave Mart, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, customer journey optimization, digital campaigns.
- Exposure to omnichannel strategy & collaboration with marketing, supply chain, & IT.
