We’re Recruiting.

POSITION: RECOVERY – UAE OPERATIONS

GRADE: OFFICER – POLICY ADMIN

LOCATION: UAE BACK OFFICE, KARACHI

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage policy-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the UAE Recovery team for case updates and administrative support.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with relevant case and policy information.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and support in recovery processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports as per department requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education or a Bachelor’s degree (completed in 2020 or earlier).
  • Associate degrees are not acceptable.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office and data entry tools).
