Utopia Industries is seeking talented professional for the following position:
Position: Senior Executive Production- Cast Iron (Fettling)
Job Requirements:
Qualification: B.Tech or BE in Mechanical/ Materials & Metallurgy
Experience: 2 to 3 years relevant experience of handling fettling operations, including grinding, cutting, and finishing of cast iron products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise fettling operations, including grinding, cutting, and finishing of cast iron products.
- Monitor and manage seasoning processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.
- Train and mentor team members to improve operational effectiveness.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functionality through scheduled maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve defects and improve processes.
