𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
Key Responsibilities & Preferred Skills:
Ledger & Profit Working: Maintain detailed sales ledgers, reconcile accounts, and work closely with distributors to track profitability, analyze margins, and ensure financial accuracy across all e-commerce activities.
Sales & Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
Oversee daily eCommerce operations: Ensuring timely order processing, fulfillment, and a 90 %+ order success and delivery rate.
Platform Management: Oversee the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, UX, and uptime.
Product Management: Coordinate with Mobile and Accessories teams to ensure accurate and timely product uploads, descriptions, and pricing.
Customer Experience: Work with customer service to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and implement feedback loops.
Marketplace Expansion: Manage presence on platforms like Daraz, Qist Bazaar, Alfa Mall, DigiMall, etc.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, assigning tasks and tracking progress toward goals.
Understanding of logistics, payment gateways, and fulfillment workflows.
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation (pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts).
Ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format to key stakeholders.
