- Position: Assistant Manager QC (Analytical Services NPD)
- Reporting to: Head of Quality Control

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.) for new drug product development.
- Sound knowledge of stability studies, degradation studies, and impurity profiling as per ICH and WHO guidelines.
- Prepare analytical protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct literature surveys and regulatory assessments for analytical method development.
- Troubleshoot analytical challenges and optimize methods for better accuracy and precision.
- Sound knowledge of Comparative dissolution profiling accordingly BCS classification and all analytical activities comply with cGMP, GLP, and International & National regulatory requirements.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- B-Pharm / Pharm-D / M.Sc. (Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry).
- 4-6 years in the relevant field.
- Technical skill of qualification & calibration program of instruments (where required).
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Results-oriented and ability to motivate staff and maintain good relations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ability to adapt within a rapidly changing business environment.
