EMPLOYMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS
300 x Secondary School Teacher (SST) & 400 x Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
1. Applications Invited
Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having requisite education, experience, quota, and age for the following posts on a contract basis for one year (extendable if required) in FG Educational Institutions (Cantonments/Garrisons), Ministry of Defence.
2. Quota-Wise Detail of Posts
Secondary School Teacher (SST) – BS-17
- Male: 150 Posts
- Female: 150 Posts
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – BS-16
- Male: 200 Posts
- Female: 200 Posts

3. Minimum Qualification
For SST:
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree (16 years education) with B.Ed or equivalent from HEC-recognized university
- OR M.A (EPM) from HEC-recognized university
For TGT:
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree (14 years education) with B.Ed or equivalent from HEC-recognized university
Subject-wise Posts (TGT):
- English: 56 (Male & Female each)
- Urdu: 27 (Each)
- Maths: 39 (Each)
- Physics: 36 (Each)
- Chemistry: 20 (Each)
- Biology: 22 (Each)
4. Age Limit
- SST: 22–30 years (+5 years general age relaxation)
- TGT: 20–28 years (+5 years general age relaxation)
5. Age Relaxation
- 3 years for Scheduled Castes, Tribal Areas, etc.
- 10 years for Government Servants (with 2 years of continuous service)
- 10 years for Persons with Disability
- 15 years for Retired Armed Forces Personnel
- 5 years for family of deceased Govt servants (must provide certificate)
6. Place of Posting
Anywhere in Pakistan.
7. Registration Process
- Apply online at: https://induction2025.fgei.gov.pk (No hard copy will be entertained)
- Upload all required documents before submission
- Last date to register: 19 May 2025
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test (Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Quetta)
- Download roll number slip and bring it to the test centre
8. Interview / Selection Process
- Based on test results
- Original documents required at interview
- Govt servants must provide NOC
9. Miscellaneous
- Candidates with criminal records or dismissed from Govt service are ineligible
- Permanent Government Employees not eligible
- No appeal after the registration deadline
- No request for change of centre
- No regularization claim in court allowed
