We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deputy Manager to support MTM (Make-to-Measure) and customized Production operations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Accountable for planning and execution of production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with design, supply chain , Procurement and QA team.
- Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain and analyze daily production reports and KPIs.
- Monitor material usage, inventory levels, and production efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
- Bachelor’s degree in, Supply Chain or related field.
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in apparel manufacturing or production reporting.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
