Position : MANAGER CORPORATE FINANCE
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics. CFA/ACCA/ACA certification preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory services within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment
- Proven expertise in business valuation, financial modelling, market feasibility, financial due diligence, and investment analysis
- Strong background in strategic planning and transaction structuring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
