Ziauddin University is seeking applicants for the Position of JUNIOR EXAMINATION OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain examination schedules.
- Communicate exam schedules, policies, and procedures to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the inventory of examination materials.
- Manage logistics for examination materials, including distribution and collection.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of examination-related documentation.
- Conduct examination invigilation duties.
- Manage the scanning and processing of examination answer scripts.
- Keep records of examination documents.
- Provide support in various tasks assigned by senior examination officers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of qualification).
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in computing, including a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate dedication to upholding the integrity of academic examinations.
Experience:
