Assistant Lead Supply Chain
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee purchase of raw materials, spares, & services for CD Karachi Plant, ensuring seamless operations.
- Guide team service providers to maintain high-quality relationships & ensure timely delivery of imported items.
- Procure materials & services at the most competitive prices, while ensuring timely delivery at the right location.
- Manage scrap contracts effectively, ensuring timely execution & maximizing contract value.
- Develop & maintain relationships with alternative vendors to drive cost reduction & ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Monitor & maintain optimal stock levels for critical spares to minimize plant downtime.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation Skills
