Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including food and labor costs
  • Handle tax filings, sales tax reports, and compliance with local financial regulations
  • Work closely with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and discrepancies

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in restaurant accounting or hospitality finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
