We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who has expertise in production, planning and control. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production to align production planning with incoming orders and sample exchanges.
- Develop and implement production plans for Cutting, Stitching, and Pre-Wash processes in coordination with the production team.
- Monitor and report on order details and production outputs to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish effective communication between MMC and Cutting/Stitching teams to ensure accessory availability per production plans.
- Ensure timely shipment deliveries, focusing on meeting committed deadlines.
- Maintain effective email communication between Production and Marketing for prompt execution of processes.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive innovation and ownership under pressure.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Chemical Engineering.
3-6 years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Control within a textile or manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in production planning and inventory management software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
