WE ARE Recruiting MANAGER DISTRIBUTION DEVELOPMENT
Location: Karachi
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Manager Distribution Development to join our dynamic Snack business for Karachi. This role is critical in developing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure product availability, market penetration, and sustained growth across region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust distribution strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to enhance market coverage.
- Monitor distributor performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support seamless market execution.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to inform distribution strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in FMCG distribution or route-to-market roles, preferably in the snack or food industry.
