Assistant Manager (Electrical Distribution)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the plant’s electrical distribution system, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities of electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in planning and execution of utility-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Use AutoCAD for reviewing and updating electrical layouts and single-line diagrams.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel for energy consumption, load analysis, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and uninterrupted utility support across the facility.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution, preferably within the textile industry.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Excel, and technical report writing.
- Knowledge of power systems, switchgear, transformers, and industrial control systems.
- Experience in conducting audits and managing small to mid-sized projects is a plus.
