The role requires a seasoned and mature individual with a successful and proven track record in strategic marketing, brand positioning, and driving sales performance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, team-building, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, along with the vision and business acumen to effectively plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
