Position : Manager Export – International Business
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new export markets.
- Develop and onboard international partners.
- Create region-specific sales strategies.
- Manage export business plans and forecasts.
- Represent company at global trade shows/events.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Coordinate product localization for target markets.
- Build and maintain client/partner relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments for order execution.
- Monitor sales KPIs and report to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sector.
- Experience with global market development and documentation.
- Exposure to international trade exhibitions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Open to international travel.
