Master Motor is looking for “Senior Officer – Spare Parts“.
The Role:
Manage counter sales operations by attending walk-in customers and processing spare parts inquiries and orders
Greet and assist customers professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and support parts identification and selection
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely issuance and delivery of requested parts
Monitor and manage stock levels, update inventory records, and handle restocking as needed
Prepare sales invoices and handle basic documentation related to parts sales
Support periodic stock audits and ensure accuracy in physical vs. system inventory
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Spare Parts Management.
Strong understanding of spare parts sales , operations and supply chain fundamentals
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
