We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead our POS Merchant Onboarding and KYC Operations team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchant onboarding, KYC, and team management, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new POS merchants.
𝐊𝐘𝐂 (𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫): Oversee the KYC process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 Lead and manage a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance, training, and coaching.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Continuously review and improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with merchant onboarding.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Business Partners, to ensure seamless onboarding and resolve issues.
𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Coordinate with Business Partners on different projects and daily matters to ensure smooth operations.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬: Provide regular reporting and analytics on onboarding performance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or related field, with expertise in merchant onboarding and KYC
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
