Punjab Health & Population Department Vacant Positions

1. Surveillance Assistant (PPS-05)

  • Total Posts: 50
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduation (14 years) in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (Second Division) from HEC recognized university
      OR
    • Graduation (14 years) with at least Second Division with 3–6 months computer diploma
      OR
    • Graduation (14 years) with Second Division with one-year verifiable experience in survey/data collection from a recognized organization

2. Monitoring Assistant (PPS-04)

  • Total Posts: 220
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Ex-service men with at least 1-year experience in health or education sector related to data collection or surveys
    • Motorbike Driving License is mandatory

How to Apply for Punjab Health & Population Department Jobs

  2. Candidates can submit two preferred districts for the Monitoring Assistant post.
  3. Submit the filled online application form, deposit slip, copy of CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photos to NTS via courier at the address on the form.
  4. Pay the test fee via 1Link 1Bill payment methods (ATM, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
  5. Applications must reach NTS by 20th June 2025.
  6. Incomplete, late, or improperly filled applications will not be entertained.
  7. Written/Skill test date will be communicated by NTS to shortlisted candidates.
  8. Minimum 50% marks in the NTS test required for qualification.
  9. If a large number of candidates qualify, a threshold ratio may be applied.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointments are contract-based under the Recruitment Policy 2022 of Punjab.
  2. IT knowledge (Tablet, Computer) is essential for all posts.
  3. Motorbike Driving License is mandatory for Monitoring Assistant.
  4. Provincial quotas for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities will be observed.
