Responsibilities include:
- Monitor & analyze service KPIs across the dealer network to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement at a national level.
- Improve customer retention & revisit rates by leveraging data insights to drive targeted initiatives and enhance service experience.
- Create dealer dashboards and management reports weekly, monthly, quarterly to support performance reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Manage and control the annual service budget, track expenditures, and provide timely financial provisions and variance analysis.
- Coordinate Kaizen and process improvement initiatives with internal teams and top stakeholders, backed by performance data.
- Support business growth through predictive analysis, benchmarking, and digital reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
