We’re Recruiting a Head of Spare Parts!
Join our After Sales team to lead our spare parts sales, inventory control, warehousing, and pricing strategy to drive business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nationwide dealership spare parts sales to ensure consistent availability and revenue growth.
• Drive data-backed inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee warehousing operations for efficient storage, dispatch, and process flow.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies aligned with market trends and profitability goals.
• Set KPIs and performance targets across sales, pricing, and inventory functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align aftersales initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead strategic projects focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and profitability.
• Leverage analytics to forecast demand and guide stocking and distribution decisions.
Requirements:
- Ideally an MBA with a background in BE, or a BBA from a recognized institution.
• 10 plus years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, pricing, inventory, or aftersales.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in the automotive or industrial sector preferred.
