Senior Executive-Color Development Lab
Job Responsibilities:
- Review lab shades and adjust recipes for the next lab trial to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with plant labs and production teams for recipe correction reviews
- Prioritize and manage shade matching as per requirements
- Utilize spectrophotometer readings, particularly Delta E values for recipe adjustments
- Effectively manage the shift staff
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in sciences, preferably with a diploma in DAE textile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a color lab, preferably with knitwear companies
- Strong knowledge of dye compatibility within recipe combinations
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in MS 365, ERP and IMS
