POSITION: RETAIL HEAD DEPARTMENT: HEALTH
LOCATION: LAHORE
Job Responsibilities:
- Retail Channel Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive retail channel growth and expansion.
- Product Development: Design and launch innovative health insurance products that meet customer needs.
- Partner Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and improve channel performance.
- Business Reporting: Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality business reporting from the retail channel.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate and report channel performance, promoting alignment and teamwork across departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in retail channel management or product development.
- MBA, Actuarial Science, or Health Administration degree.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
