We are Recruiting MANAGER BRANCH BANKING OPERATIONS
Looking after all the operational affairs in Branch Banking. Directing and coaching of all the branches and Area Operation Managers. Review of physical Gold bags as per system record. Developing a compliant culture in assigned area To ensure that AOMs are up to date of Regulatory Guidelines and implementing the policies down the line. Ensure proper compliance Keys operations by custodian of cash and gold vault of Keys, Account opening filling, Source of funds, KYC, record keeping at branch level. Extraction, collection and submission of data required by SBP and different department. Capacity building and Training of Branch Banking Staff. e. Ensure proper utilization of branch staff and ensure error free operations at branches.
ELIGIBILITY
• Graduation/Master in Commerce or Business
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in Branch Banking Operations.
