EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience in bulk scheduling and transport operations.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process, ensuring efficient fuel tanker scheduling and cost-effective, reliable service aligned with customer requirements. Ensure timely, cost-effective order deliveries while managing end-to-end logistics. Optimize delivery planning in line with customer demand and IFEM regulations. Manage hauler/contractor relations with a focus on performance, compliance, and transparent reporting. Conduct fleet inspections and enforce safety standards per OGRA and internal policies. Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective/preventive measures. Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth and efficient order fulfillment. Monitor fleet utilization and drive cost-efficiency and performance improvements
