𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅ Drive day-to-day sales operations within the assigned territory.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
✅ Oversee and optimize distribution channels and network performance
✅ Manage and oversee territory sales processes and reporting.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in sales management preferably dairy business.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 In-depth understanding of distribution handling and sales development.
