Position : Manager QA&QC
Qualification:
- B.Sc. Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering – NDT Certification Level-II / API Certification
Experience:
- 7 to 8 years along with experience of conducting 2 to 3 ASME Audits.
- Must possess expertise in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, storage tanks, and steel structures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documentation for ASME Stamp Jobs.
- Preparation and implementation of Quality Control System Manual.
- Conduct audits of ASME, OGRA and ISO.
- Preparation and implementation of following procedures and systems:
- PQR (Procedure Qualification Records)
- WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
- QIP (Quality Inspection Plans)
Skills & Knowledge: Good knowledge of following Code & Standards:
- ASME
- EN
- API
- TEMA
- AWS
