- Key Accounts Manager (Sales)
We seek a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of B2B manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree and excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
What you’ll do:
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets for assigned customers.
· Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
· Identify and address client needs, proposing solutions that deliver value.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
· Actively Track and Manage the KPIs of Sales Recovery targets and OTIF of every customer.
