Position Details:

The Manager – Administration will be responsible for managing all administrative, and facility-related activities at the factory. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administration, preferably in a textile or manufacturing factory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/SAP software.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the factory.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen facilities.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance of office/factory equipment.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, permits, and inspections.
  • Implement safety and welfare programs for employees.
  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
