Uniworth, a leading men’s wear retail brand, is Recruiting for a 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor performance and resolve issues.
- Train, develop, and motivate retail staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate stock management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
