Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a creative and skilled 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱) to join us at the Head Office in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, technical understanding of jacquard weaving, and experience in creating innovative textile designs tailored for the fashion and apparel industry.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field from a recognized institute.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in jacquard design within the textile or fashion industry.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Develop innovative jacquard fabric designs in line with seasonal themes and brand direction.
- Create detailed design layouts and color separations for jacquard looms.
- Collaborate closely with product development, merchandising, and weaving teams for sampling and production coordination.
- Ensure design feasibility in terms of loom limitations and production efficiency.
- Maintain trend awareness by researching new patterns, color trends, and fabric textures.
- Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and technical sheets for internal and client reviews.
- Monitor the sampling process and ensure accurate translation of digital designs into woven fabrics.
- Maintain design archives and documentation.
