Nagaria Textile Mills, a leading fabric weaving company, is looking for a Management Trainee – Production to support our weaving operations. This role offers hands-on experience in loom handling, production planning, efficiency monitoring, and process optimization – ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in textile manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and support day-to-day operations in the weaving production floor
- Assist in monitoring loom performance, process optimization, and production planning
- Work on strategic projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce machine downtime
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports and present findings to management
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth and continuous production
Requirement:
- Fresh Graduates in Textile Engineering/Textile Management
