Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise for Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Purchasing, and HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR and Irecruitment) modules.
- Knowledge of AME.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
- Support module-wise enhancements, upgrades, or new implementations.
- Provide day-to-day functional support to users across departments.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support where needed.
